I don't know, nevertheless these packages are building in home:pgajdos now, so everyone can try them out ;-).
"Building" is probably not really an issue, considering that PHP is an interpreter language and the files in the rpm packages are not pre-compiled or syntax checked. so any kind of fall-outs happening there would only be seen in operation... which of course makes testing much more tedious.
