The user ocefpaf@gmail.com removed the C++ and Fortran APIs from netcdf package with a changelog entry "Fortran and C++ APIs are now in separate packages."
He then tried to build the Fortran API package in his home repo (unsuccessfully: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=netcdf-fortran&project=home%3Aocefpaf ) He even did not try to build the C++ API which is needed for my package.
