This is already the default. ... This is the default that YAST currently suggests during installation.
This basically makes the there configured first Desktop User the "knowledgeable admin" type of user.
Then the crucial final question is: Did Linus set up the user account for his daughter as "first Desktop User"? If not the ultimate crucial final question would be: Why did he fail to do so?
