Bug in kde rendering svg, nothing we can improve if we want sizeable box.

The overlay was added by me to had contrast compared to original Eugene 
proposal.
It could also be removed.

Well those are pure stock oxygen, now we can also remove them and let the full 
standard label

You have to hit enter or click on it, for login. those kind of symbol was 
present in 11.3 & 11.4 theme

the green title is the official green which is light right.
the panel could perhaps look darker.
