Whoops, forgot to mention what that was: selecting "KDE plasma
desktop" in kdm's session chooser. Looks like after this update
none of the radio buttons was selected. This had also broken
auto-login, obviously (which I'm only using on mobile devices
with fully encrypted HD, where I'm the only user).
