[opensuse-factory] Delta upgrade for DVD 12.1 86-64 to 12.2 version

I am about to collect the new bits for a 64-bit system I am building and
am therefore thinking of downloading the 86_64 DVD of 12.1 (which will
take me some 10 hours to download).
My question is: will there be a *delta* upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 available when 12.2 will be released? This was the case some versions back of oS but will this occur for 12.1>12.2?
