It is not impossible that you are correct -- however, I would also
assert it's settings are no different than what they were in 11.4.
I didn't change any settings between them nor did I let any programs corrupt
the security settings I put in place.
I lack of regression testing for something that used to work and is now broken.
That's why the subject says "regression".
