Yes, I was talking about the taskbar. I found it odd that they
mentioned it being on the side, but since it can be moved, I thought
they simply moved it and hence that was why it was on the side for
them.

So, the bug is talking about something else? Shouldn't it be simple to
port taskbar code to that panel's code? Can't you do it and provide
the patch? I was thinking of fixing the other bug myself, because it's
really annoying for me.
