Can you please try to be a bit more polite and also try to understand
why others on this list are annoyed by your habit?

Instead of sending a mail with the URL to the bug you've sent a mail
with the URL to the attachement.  That has been one reason why people
complained.

For some this is an unacceptable and non-transparent communication
style.  They like to know the full story.  They like to be able to see
the earlier comments, the bug activity, etc, etc, etc.

It's not only the tone and words you're using.  Please fix this.  Ask
your vendor for a patch and get it applied. ;)

Have a nice Sunday evening and try to understand or try to think a bit
more about why several people react the way they did in this thread to
you.
