with the URL to the attachement. That has been one reason why people

For some this is an unacceptable and non-transparent communication
style. They like to know the full story. They like to be able to see
the earlier comments, the bug activity, etc, etc, etc.
It's not only the tone and words you're using. Please fix this. Ask
your vendor for a patch and get it applied. ;)

more about why several people react the way they did in this thread to
you.
