Hi All,

I would like to introduce OpenLP to Factory. The package is currently
maintained in the devel:languages:python repository. I am one of the
maintainers of OpenLP in the devel:languages:python repository.

Summary: OpenLP is an open source Church presentation and lyrics
projection application.

The project is in very active development. It is technically in a beta
phase, however the quality is currently very good and will improve by
the time openSUSE 12.2 ships in July. The latest version, 1.9.8, is
stable in openSUSE 12.1. As far as I know openSUSE currently does not
have any program in the main repos that fits OpenLPs use case. All of
OpenLP's dependencies exist in Factory.

OpenLP is affected by a QT4/baselibs bug (
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=748241) that exists in
Factory when the presentations plugin that allows for integration with
LibreOffice Impress is enabled. Should this bug not be fixed in time
for the July release of 12.2 I can patch OpenLP to disable the plugin.
