Hehe maybe this got forgotten. But about 600 posts above there was the 
OP's original email

So it's not only about having a maintainer. Or should sysvinit 
maintainer re-submit it always if another one removes it?

Nobody would complain about systemd if it's maintainers would keep their 
fingers away from sysvinit.
