Re bko#275469: The issue with windows not disappearing from the taskbar 
has been identified as a Qt bug and resolved. If you're feeling really 
impatient create a SR or file a bug asking for the patches to be 
backported to KDE:Qt or something.

Re bko#292057: No idea what's going on there, doesn't happen for me. Not 
a universal problem -> harder to debug. Try the usual steps of new user 
(hence ruling out config), comparing package versions with someone who 
doesn't experience the problem, etc.
This is a wild guess, but try fiddling with your desktop effects 
settings - maybe the 'open/close window' effect is interacting badly 
with your video drivers.
