I found that 'old /usr/share/YaST2/theme/current/wizard/style.qss' does the 
trick. 

This will make YaST use the Oxygen widget style, and I assume also make it 
configurable from qtconfig ran as root. 

Of course it's a bit of a hack and will probably be "reverted" by any update 
of 'yast2-theme-openSUSE-Oxygen'.
