Such as it is at the moment, yes. Even users who _do_ contribute seem
to carry very little weight with the openSUSE project. The issue is that
there is no such entity: "the opensuse Project". Like I wrote on
opensuse-general not long ago, at best we have cooperation, certainly
not orchestration.
Does the project go on if nobody installs it?
No it won't.
Does the project's direction and goals stay the same if all servers
move out of openSUSE?
Does anybody care?
