Well. Most systemd service files are much easier to write than a sysv
init script.

I experienced this today. Writing a systemd service for VBoxService was
much easier than even just copying and editing /etc/init.d/skeleton...

So once people did it once or twice, they probably no longer want to
write sysv init scripts. ;)
