two separate directories in the first place!

Apparently, 12.1 has added /var/tmp/ to TMP_DIRS_TO_CLEAR in
/etc/sysconfig/cron. I was quite surprised when I found out today
that I've lost a few GB of data, which used to be safe there.
Needless to say that I'm not pleased. No backups, because it
wasn't *that* important, but I find such changes without warning
suboptimal, to put it politely.
