version.h is a header that is generated when you build the kernel.

Most distributions don't include it nowadays, and it's a problem for
the nvidia driver.

You can: 1) download it, 2) installing some package that might have it
(search, I think maybe one of the -devel packages).

It's not a complicated header, it only specifies the kernel version,
so no big deal.
