I did a bit of testing. Trying to switch from systemv to systemd by removing
systemd-sysvinit might work, but removing the systemd package to go the
other way gets into a lot of dependency warnings.
Actually if you remove systemd-sysvinit, you will get sysvinit-init and
systemv will be default. systemd is default - by installing systemd-sysvinit
