Hi,

I would like to ask again, if I can finally remove libpng12 from
factory (to not exist in 12.2) in time we might want to slowly go
towards libpng15.

Thanks for your opinions,
Petr

be aware Iscan apparently still uses it. (at least latest vendor
supplied
version)

iscan-2.27.1-4.ltdl7.x86_64.rpm

@linux-3hcr:~> iscan

libpng warning: Application is running with png.c from libpng-1.4.4
libpng warning: Incompatible libpng version in application and library

Doesn't the VirtualBox rpm downloaded from virtualbox.org require it?
Not that I'm aware of. I have VirtualBox 4.1.4r74291 and it work fine. No
error I am aware of.
