Yes, the mail also escaped my notice. That the Samba profiles caused so much grief is bad, I would have advised against including them actually given that samba can share from anyware. That Christian has taken up the maintenance of the profiles now is a good thing in that regard. A brief query in IRC or even on the floor would have been appreciated before doing such changes.
