As a number of people are already asking me, yes, I know about the KDE
problems in Tumbleweed right now.

There have been massive build issues with KDE in Tumbleweed for the past
few weeks, and finally everything just failed to build, so if you
update, you will get downgraded to the 11.4 version.  Because of this,
I've now removed all KDE packages from Tumbleweed, and will work on the
4.7 update.  When that finishes building then you will get upgraded to
it, but it will not happen until next week sometime at the earliest.

So, sorry for the churn, I need to figure out the root cause of all of
this as it really shouldn't be happening (I'm pretty sure I know why,
just want to verify it.)
