Ok, so somebody was faster. Flash 11 with 64 Bit is already integrated
in 12.1. Many thanks!

I had to remove the i586 flash-player to make sure that the 64 bit
version got installed but afterwards nspluginwrapper wasn't needed anymore.
Great, this should fix many Flash/nspluginwrapper issues by not using
the later! :)
