Currently there is a discussion in poppler mailing list and one man agreed to 
make poppler-qt3 available for poppler-0.18 as a separate package.

Otherwise I of course will remove the need for poppler-qt3 as it is
actually not necessary for anything critical (kpdf and kword
do not use it actually)
