I wanted to keep as close as possible to the original Mandriva packages. 
Therefore I didn't split out the panel package. However you can easily use the 
plasmoids in there seperately. Rocketbar is not required for those to run.

I noticed the error when I installed the new package myself this morning. A 
fix for SimpleWelcome is already building :-)
