[opensuse-factory] tumbleweed + update conflict: patch:kdebase4-openSUSE == 4162

My system gets regularly dup'ed to tumbleweed, and additionally updated
to the latest patches. (Is that a bad idea?) For several weeks this
worked very well, apart from some occasional problems that are always
quickly resolved.
Now for the first time I have a conflict since about a week. Nobody
else seems to complain about it, which is suspicious for a local
problem.
The repos are configured like below. (I manually "zypper refresh"
before updating, and I use "zypper dup" without "--from tumbleweed".)
$ sudo zypper lr -d

Solution 2: do not install patch:kdebase4-openSUSE-4162.noarch
Choose from above solutions by number or cancel [1/2/c] (c): 2
It's a bit ironic that a (superfluous :-) branding patch causes that,
not actual software. Does anyone else see this problem?
