Oddly enough:

    -> % rfkill list
    0: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no
    1: phy0: Wireless LAN

        Hard blocked: no
    29: hci0: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
