do a 'zypper dup' and you should see libassuan want to be installed.Ok, now gpg-agent starts without problems
I don't know why so many people ran into this problem recently, odds areWell, when switching from 11.4 to Tumbleweed I did the dup. Since then,
they aren't doing 'zypper dup' for updating Tumbleweed, which is
worrysome.
I always used Yast / All packages / Update if newer version available. I
