[opensuse-factory] Problems installing M3: LVM and black screen during boot

Hi,
I tried installing Milestone 3 but ran into a few problems. The first is with LVM: telling the installer to use LVM and then using the defaults resulted in an error as it prepared the disks. Should using LVM be working? I then retried using traditional partitioning and found that when the kernel rebooted I was left with a black screen with a cursor in the top-left corner. Powering off and booting again didn't help. Is there some logging I could enable to diagnose the problems?
I also noticed a sentence that could perhaps be better worded in the Help window during installation: "However, the system then can be in an inconsistent or unusable state" - it might be better with "... system can then ...".
