Hi

I would like to introduce makeself to Factory. The package currently is
maintained in the utilities repository.

The purpose of makeself in Factory will enable an enduser to generates a
self-extractable tar.gz archive from a directory. The resulting file
appears as a shell script (many of those have a .run suffix), and can be
launched as is.
