Enable it for openSUSE >= 12.1, and for testing build against devel:tools:compiler/llvm until I update the Factory one.

How should the llvm dependency be handled ?
LLVM is part of neither SLED nor openSUSE <= 11.4
I disabled build of gallium llvm component for these targets but this is not optimal (most developpements come from the gallium work).
Enable it for openSUSE >= 12.1, and for testing build against devel:tools:compiler/llvm until I update the Factory one.
Regards.
