What?

It's not _just_ a matter of booting faster at all.  I suggest everyone
take a look at the "systemd for administrators" series of posts that
describe exactly why we want and need systemd on our systems.

Go read them and tell me that you want to stick with your 1980's based
init.d boot sequence and I'll point you at slackware :)
