Why are there so much rebuilds? Downloading ~200MiB everyday sucks.
This happends because there are differences one ONE file usr/share/libreoffice/basis3.3/share/registry/res/registry_af.xcd Other libreoffice packages republish randomly for the same reason the kernel does, maintainers have not fixed the "file-contains-current-date" and "file-contains-date-and-time" build system watnings. I suggest you to bug them hard in order to stop the annoyance.
