Hi,
Nearly every day I get new libreoffice packages from Tumbleweed. Why are there so much rebuilds? Downloading ~200MiB everyday sucks.
Well, it's every few days, not every day :) And yes, it does suck, but there have been a lot of library changes that have caused these rebuilds. I've worked with the libreoffice developers to try to reduce some of these dependancies, but some of them are real, and can't be removed. A lot of this is due to the new KDE being in Tumbleweed now. I'm trying to only do a libreoffice once a week, but the KDE/Qt changes recently have caused this to happen more than I want, sorry. Oh, you forgot to complain about the kernel changes all the time too, that's probably more than 200Mb... thanks, greg k-h -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
