The kernel with the patch is currently building in k:stable. So if you
want, take it from:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/openSUSE_11.4/
after it builds.

Sad is, that there are other 30000 packages in the build queue, so it
may take a while.
