That makes bugfixing very easy for you because you'll never get any 
bugreports ;-) - I get a "Permission denied" for the Legal Issues 
product...

The full message is:
    Sorry, either the product SUSE Linux Legal Issues does not exist or 
    you aren't authorized to enter a bug into it.

I know it exists because some of my bugreports were moved to it *g*, 
therefore it must be a permission issue. It's at least restricted to 
"novellonly" and might be even more restricted to the "Legal Security 
Team" group - at least my bugreports got this group restriction.
