Are there any plans to push gcc 4.6.0 in Tumbleweed (now or later)?
I haven't tried it yet, so I can't guarantee it is stable enough.
You can install it from devel:gcc if you want.
You shouldn't add other buildservice repositories if you use Tumbleweed, right? Otherwise, I fear the next «zypper dup» will do the wrong thing.
How would it do the "wrong" thing? Yes, if you don't know what you are doing, it could get really messy, but the version number should always be higher so things should work just fine.
