Dear all,
I've gotta say that I am not really the support oriented user of
openSUSE, and though I've provided first line support in the past for
well known PC Peripherals companies (ex: Logitech and Plextor), being
in some cases certified for the job, I would like to point the
importance of the susepaste client for those tasks.
This is a very nice application that lives in the Contrib repositories
and that can benefit a lot if included in openSUSE and in the default
patterns for openSUSE. I find weird not see openSUSE Boosters or
others trying to push this forward given that it works, it's developed
'in-house' and it can really make life far more easier for everyone.
Please make it happen to Factory/default openSUSE Patterns for the
next distro! As the community helpers on #suse could benefit a lot
from it and it's something they can help to diffuse amongst users.
I believe it was important to share this thought.
