No, PackMan is a member of the openSUSE Community, and the
openSUSE-Community drives openSUSE. So, please accept us as a member of
the community!

A bug, thats hurt many 3rd party packages, but it is an openSUSE bug,
not PackMan: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=680959

Why not assign PackMan related bugs to packman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx in
bugzilla?
