Does G:S:3.0 need the new NetworkManager?  If not, I can leave it out
for now.

But overall, it would be good to get it in, what is needed to fix in the
KDE packages to get it to work properly there?

I'm guessing that I need to wait until the GNOME developers actually
publish G:S:3.0 before adding it to Tumbleweed, right?  I still see a
few build problems in that repo at the moment.
