Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD, an app you want
to package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE

KDE3 is now a community project for openSUSE. There's also thethanks for information.
Trinity project, but we aren't packaging their stuff yet from what I
have seen.
