[opensuse-factory] puplish timeframe for factory.

Hello, When is the next update to factory [1]. The last update was 01-Feb-2011 How often does factory get refreshed ? Question: - Can the built package be put on factory [1] as soon as they successfully build, can there be a shorter time frame ? There seems to be some days elapsed from when packages are in the committed[2], built , and published.
