notice fedora have a closed list to discuss licences and other legal
problems, we should also have one, do we?

such a list, I think Henne would be able to create one. I'd suggest something
like legal-opinion@xxxxxxxxxxxx etc - something to make it quite clear that
the discussion on the list is just that - opinion.
