As far as I know, there is no such @opensuse.org list. If there is interest
in
such a list, I think Henne would be able to create one. I'd suggest something
like legal-opinion@xxxxxxxxxxxx etc - something to make it quite clear that
the discussion on the list is just that - opinion.
