[opensuse-factory] Duplicates of mbuffer

mbuffer is both in Base:System and network:utilities (I
maintain the latter), with openSUSE:Factory linking the one from
Base:System.
Could we merge those ? (replace everything with _link except one
;)).
There are no maintainers defined for Base:System/mbuffer (and
Base:System is half of this mailing-list ;)), which is why I'm
sending the mail here and not to the maintainer(s).
On a side note, there is a much more recent version in
network:utilities as compared to Base:System and Factory (13
upstream releases in-between, with bugfixes and more features).
If no one minds, I would suggest linking Base:System/mbuffer to
network:utilities/mbuffer
