correct packaging of the license - e.g. many forget to package a COPYING in
case of a GPL package, which is a violation of that license.

Hi,We still review new packages in a different queue than updates - and the
a few weeks ago the coreboot-utils package was split into coreboot-utils
and flashrom. coreboot-utils is still part of factory and I'm happy
about that.
The split off flashrom package has not been included in factory yet
AFAICS. Its inclusion is tracked in request #56582. It would be great to
have flashrom in factory again.
If the dependency on request #56581 is a problem, we can submit a
flashrom package without that dependency.
Legal info:
The flashrom package does not contain new code. The same flashrom code
was part of coreboot-utils in factory since 11.0, so a legal review is
probably not needed.
