We still review new packages in a different queue than updates - and the 
package was submitted 2010-12-22, which didn't really help to get a promp 
answer. The legal review is not just about the source, but it's also about the 
correct packaging of the license - e.g. many forget to package a COPYING in 
case of a GPL package, which is a violation of that license.
