Good question, which led to find actual culprit for the problem. I use GUI terminals and first in the menu was Linux 32 bit Terminal. I don't have strong preference so that one was used, showing confusing i686, and confusing each application started from it. When I booted Live system, first I used Linux 32 bit Terminal, but, unlike normal days, I checked the other 2 and there is no problems in Xterm, or GNOME Terminal. In KDE I have preference to Konsole so I got no chance to hit the problem.
