Again, no image to examine on that page, same as all picasaweb pages (and
eBay pages, except on eBay turning off site styles makes the images appear,
unlike on picasaweb). Maybe if you provide an URL to an actual image instead
of a web page full of whoknowswhat I can see what you've seen.

"Configure Profile" != "Configure Profiles". If I select what exists, only
the latter, no profiles exist to edit. The only option in that menu is "New".

If I right click the viewport, I can change as I like, but the changes do not
survive the session.
