Try on cmdline:

nomodeset vga=788

When I setup the startscreen (Kernel Parameter) on bootscreen with
'nomedeset'
vga=xxx (788,314...) I can't boot?

How did you spell it? 314 is incomplete, needs 0x314 to work. 788 works here
on radeon X600. What video chip do you have? Maybe there is a bug in the
driver for yours? Maybe you need a driver-specific modeset disable like
radeon.modeset=0.

The system tell me I have no drives and boot only in the system mode?

Something bad must be wrong. Does your Grub's menu.lst have a failsafe stanza
that also does not work except with too small console fonts? Can you boot OK
to runlevel 1 or 2 instead of 3 or 5?

Or meen you a other place?
...
kernel /boot/vmlinuz root=/dev/sda1 showopts noresume splash=verbose 3
nomodeset vga=788
...
Is that better?

NO ;)
