Hi,
this is my first post and maybe this isn't a bug, and i'm doing
something wrong amd i'm making a fool out of myself, so this is what
i'm trying to understand:
I install both gnome and kde 4 on an x86_64 machine with the 11.3 RC2.
But i had this problem in 11.2 as well if my memory serves me
correctly.
The displaymanager is kdm.
when i log in using the gnome windowmanager and want to reboot or
shutdown the computer, it puts me back to kdm with the login prompt.
I know the simple answer would be: use gdm; but shouldn't a
shutdown/restart be possible when using gnome under the kdm
displaymanager?
kind regards,
Natasha Ament
