On both, wired work with ifup, on 11.3 also NM works. On both no networkwith wifi, what is wrong..?
The interface is clear, and on 11.2 scanning results in finding dhcp network, in 11.3 scanning does nothing at all...
Is it in planning to have wifi for eee-pc with 11.2/11.3 or not? It seems to be abandonned for now... i found: http://en.opensuse.org/HCL/Network_Adapters_%28Wireless%29#Realtek RT2870 802.11n USB 11.1 rt2870 Image:22px-Tick.png http://en.opensuse.org/File:22px-Tick.png http://en.opensuse.org/File:Question.png http://en.opensuse.org/File:Question.png Not recognised by YAST. Driver must be downloaded and built from Ralink support http://web.ralinktech.com/ralink/Home/Support/Linux.html. Follow the README_STA to build the driver. Module must then be configured to load at startup then wpa_supplicant and ifup configured. Could not get this configured within YAST or Network Manager but it works perfectly using ifup.
mine has RT2860, so not much different..
